1. My gate is located very far from my house, will the system still work?
Yes, the controller uses cellular technology (just like your smart phone), so it will work virtually anywhere there is adequate cellular coverage.
2. How much does the system cost?
There is an initial cost for the cellular controller, and a monthly fee to provide service. The rates will vary depending on whether it is a residential, commercial, or gated community installation. Contact us, we will be happy to discuss details.
3. There are many drivers in my house, can they all access the site?
We can setup multiple users, one for each member of the family. Each user can be managed individually.
4. I am having a party, can I hold the gate open all day?
Yes, we provide a latching feature so the gate can be held open for events that would otherwise be tedious to keep opening the gate for people that have newly arrived. We also allow for configurable time intervals, like 15 mins, or 2 hours, so you can leave it open for a little while and you don’t need to remember to close it later.
5. Where do I download the App?
Currently we do not have apps in the app stores. Instead you login to a mobile enabled web site. It can be accessed by the Login button at the top menu of this site. Once the manager of your installation creates an account for you, you will be sent an email that will allow you to set your password and login. After that, it will present you with a small tutorial on how to launch the app directory from your device’s home screen. You can also see that setup info setup
